[SPORT NEWS] Man United in talks to secure striker deal: Jose Mourinho will offer him this

The England international, 19, earns around £20,000-a-week after penning a four-year deal last summer.

And The Sun claim the United star has won Jose Mourinho over and he'll reap the rewards.

Rashford's pay rise will increase each year he stays at the club by around £5,000-a-week.

United chiefs also added an option to extend the contract by an extra 12 months - meaning he could stay at Old Trafford until 2021.
The club have even talked about giving him a brand new contract to ensure he's happy.

Rashford has been criticised my Mourinho this season but the striker's attitude in training has changed the Special One's mind.

A United source told the newspaper: “Rashford is in-line for another rise next season, on top of his current wages.

“Part of the agreement on that deal was an increase over the duration, along with another year option to extend.
“We want to keep his feet on the ground, he’s just a young lad. He’s moving up the pay scale very fast.

“A yearly increase of around £5,000-a-week is on the cards. He’s a very talented player and we want to make sure he’s OK.”

The Sun add that Rashford can almost double his salary with win and appearance bonuses at United.

He also has scoring targets which will pocket him even more cash should he achieve them.
