[SPORT NEWS]Azpilicueta: Chelsea will learn from Tottenham defeat

Cesar Azpilicueta believes Chelsea will learn a lot from their 2-0 defeat at the hands of Tottenham yesterday morning.
Two headed goals from Dele Alli soured the Blues’ visit to White Hart Lane, with the result ending their run of 13 straight victories.
The Spanish defender claims that his fellow teammates and manager will dissect the game over the coming days to see what areas went wrong.
“We were expecting to win the game but we go away with zero points so obviously we are disappointed, so we have to learn from this and come back stronger,” Azpilicueta said in an interview with the official Chelsea website.
“When you lose you can improve a lot of things but even when we had the 13 games in a row we were analysing and trying to improve. This was a tough night but we have to learn from this and to come back strong.”
Azpilicueta says that Chelsea were building momentum in the contest right before Alli added his second, and that this result shows the Premier League title is far from secure at this stage of the season.
“We conceded the second goal when we were in our best moment in the game and had had two or three chances, and after that it was difficult. Tottenham are a strong team and they showed that and we know that,” he added.
“But we said before when we were winning it is still a long way to go. We have to cope with a lot of difficult games and we have to work harder.”
